Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eclipse Inc EMC 120 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fuji-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Horner-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji-Electric such as the NP1Y16T09P6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6219934 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HE693THM884 by Manufacturer Horner-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Moore Brand Ism112 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Luxtron such as 950HG equipment made by Luxtron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Luxtron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Luxtron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A06B6089H105 made by Fanuc as well as the popular E5AX original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DC200C00001000000 by Honeywell and 950HG spares by Luxtron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPA08M125POL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Festo.
